Payment for services provided based on Matrixx Service agreements and Matrixx project briefs shall be made in accordance with the conditions contained in such. Matrixx requires 50% of the total amount due before starting its company formation work. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project. Notwithstanding any prices listed in literature or on web pages, the Client of Matrixx agree that the services described in the project brief shall be completed for the amount stated in the Client Invoice provided by Matrixx consultation and service fees are based on the amount of work it takes to complete the project.
