Payment for services provided based on Matrixx Service agreements and Matrixx project briefs shall be made in accordance with the conditions contained in such. Matrixx requires 50% of the total amount due before starting its company formation work. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project. Notwithstanding any prices listed in literature or on web pages, the Client of Matrixx agree that the services described in the project brief shall be completed for the amount stated in the Client Invoice provided by Matrixx consultation and service fees are based on the amount of work it takes to complete the project.
Payments must be made promptly based on the agreed schedule. Delinquent bills will be assessed a 15% cumulative charge if payment is not received within 5 working days of the due/delivery date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 15% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency. Matrixx reserves the right to cease services (e.g., remove any Web design project from viewing on the Internet, putting an ongoing advisory project on hold) until final payment is made. In case collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process. Incomplete payments will result in forfeiture of any down payment or monies paid and will absolve Matrixx from all contractual obligations to provide any finished or unfinished product or service. Unless other agreements have been made in writing, incomplete payment status will result when final payment has not been received within 5 days after delivery of the project. This agreement is effective immediately upon receipt of any exchange of funds by the client to Matrixx or any of its subsidiaries. The client agrees that for purposes of venue, all agreements were entered into Cebu, Philippines and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Cebu/Philippines. All payments will be made in US$ funds unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. Please pay on time.
All payments to Matrixx by a Client through debit and credit card or Paypal are non-refundable. Partial refunds for projects are possible but only through wire transfer and upon consensual agreement between the Client and Matrixx.
